[BC] Update - Austin, Texas TV problems

This is from Tuesday night (23 February 2010):

"KXAN lost its signal shortly after 10pm due to a electrical failure at our transmitter site. Time Warner HD cable channel 1521 and analog channel 04 have been restored. Our engineers are still working to restore the signal to the rest of our customers The replay of the primetime Olympic coverage, including the women's figure skating competition, is currently being rebroadcast in its entirety. We appreciate our customers and your patience as we continue to repair this technical issue as quickly as we can."
