[BC] Windows utility needed

   I believe that is because the K tool kit was used to write it.
That is just like a missing library.  If you had gnome and KDE both installed it might run using the 
gnome screen manager.  (Slackware installed both until gnome failed to correct problem that Patrick 
reported to them.  I miss using the gnome programs. )
