I'm not very happy with the radio in my station vehicle, a 2006 Chevy HHR. It's supposed to be premium audio--it has enough speakers but doesn't sound quite natural; like it's subwoofer-heavy on FM. I have the audio tailored somewhat but there doesn't seem to be a combination of settings that actually sound great. The higher frequencies that make music listenable on AM are notably absent.
Oh, and the RBDS is as poor as I've seen in any radio. I've got plenty of injection on my carrier but this particular radio is very spotty at decoding it (even in close!).

I complained to the dealership and explained to them I was an AM station owner and I wanted the AM Radio to sound better. They did care, they just wanted to make a sale. We'll due to I got laid off from my "real job" away from radio, I sold the car.
