[BC] Starguide III audio problem

I'd do these things:
1. Remove/reseat audio cards
2. Check all fans for proper operation, and no "dust bunnies"
3. Check all DC voltages with a good meter,and a scope (looking for 
non-DC waveforms)
4. Make sure no cables are in the way of airflow in the rack
5. Possibly move the SG3 so it has some space (1RU) top and bottom
