[BC] Low-to-medium power FM transmitters (and AM)

Tom,
On ebay, I've been seeing some low power (100-250 watt) rack mount transmitters. You can change the frequency on the front of the box. This would be great to have if my BE died on me and I had to wait a day or two for a part.

The only thing is, it's not made in America. I'm afraid to bid on it being that I would get ripped off and either I would get the transmitter, they would take my money, or the thing wouldn't work. In an emergency situation, I don't worry about it being type accepted, especially if it's only going to be used for a day or two.

I wished BE would go into the low power transmitter biz and make a 30 watt box like LPB did. I had one, but it got ripped off.
