[BC] WMRO power bill

Scott,

I engineer for a community radio station out here.  Even though we're
associated with a college, we have to pay our way.  Our TX happens to
be on a backup generator, but, that generator also provides power for
a parking garage, and class room building, our studios don't get any
of it.  So until we get 15 or 20 KW generator installed someday, we
use a  Honda EU 2000 to power the studio and 1 engineering rack.
Unfortunately not enough juice to power a coffee machine.
