old, un-needed (except in summer) TX room exhaust fan still running
continuously ?

adequate fresh air inlet when fan (above) IS running; otherwise it pulls
AC'd or heated air from office-studio spaces and you must cool-dehumidify or
heat 'new' air

anyone using plug-in heaters in winter ? HUGE kwh hogs
