Just purchased a cone heater, about $35.00 with shipping. We added a  
2.5K as a backup transmitter, unfortunately it had to sit just  
opposite the air intake to the transmitter building. On cold, foggy,  
rainy days we noticed moisture condensing inside the transmitter. Ran  
a separate 110 AC feed in the side, mounted a ceramic socket and  
installed a cone heater. End of problem.

Back-up performed flawlessly over the weekend when we lost a leg of  
the three phase for 36 hours.
