I might, for a price! I really like the Valley processors. Paul Buff did an amazing job on the design. For a little background, Paul came up with the design for the Kepex, a very popular expander/gate and sold a lot of them and other processors. The company was named Allison Research, for his wife. After their divorce, he changed the name to Valley People. It then became Valley Audio, Valley International, and was sold to a company in Kansas. I don't know if they are still in business.

I met Paul in 1963 when he was the engineering partner, along with Frank Zappa, at PAL Recording in downtown Cucamonga. Nice fellow. He put together a custom 5-channel Presto tape deck for their recordings.

Anyway, if you want to try your hand at fixing the processor yourself, you can find the schematic at: http://www.waltzingbear.com/Schematics/Valley/400_control.htm
