[BC] TV question

To the brain trust...

I need to put a DVD player on the air, in NTSC. Does anyone know of a simple (and inexpensive) converter that will do that for me? Yes, I said NTSC. This is for an analog LPTV that has to go on the air very quickly with something for programming. DVD video and audio in, NTSC out to the input of my exciter.
