I've been called a lot of things but never "uncle" before now.

Due to the distance from the community of license, none of the golf courses
were close enough to consider. The most obvious places to site the thing
were all ix-nayed (the original site, assuming we could re-lease it), 100
years north of the old site in what was a multiuse school sportsfield,
locations in properly zoned area because of some beautification plan that
they had to attract new businesses, and at an industrial park (they had
fancy plans for the ugliest, least-traveled area of the city).

I've read about zoning in Maryland (I don't think it was Montgomery County)
and it really any easier. In VB there is no county land - it's either city
or state.

How would I locate the precedent? I'd like to read it. I was not given
access to the owner's lawyers and it took six weeks before I was able to
consult with Wayne Reese to find out that many of the sites I was proposing
wouldn't have worked due to coverage (basically, most of my time there was
wasted).

Golly gee, Uncle Steve. I live in a county which is rather NIMBY. BUT
... there are three AM stations on county-owned golf courses and one
AM/FM on a private golf course. Two stations are diplexed on a single
tower on a county golf course. The other station on a county golf course
has two towers. It is in a very upscale area, as is the AM/FM.

Look into the precedent in Montgomery County, MD.
