That's what I have done when I stay at C-C.  I park the car in the parking garage, walk across to the Riviera for the luncheon, then hike to the LVCC (fortunately, the North Hall is fairly close), honk the horn and kick the tires at 12 - 14 booths, catch the shuttle back to the Circus, check in, retrieve my luggage and go to my room.  Then later go find something to eat, if I'm still hungry after stuffing my face at the luncheon buffet.
