I've stayed for the past several years at the Circus - 

Just tell the desk that you want someplease quiet 
and they seem to understand and you get a room
away from the screaming kids running the halls.

Great thing about the place is that it's a reasonable
walking distance to the HVCC and Hilton where 
all the events are.   

You could stay further away and drive, but they 
don't give away parking.
