HD Radio has been on the air long enough that the FCC is out of the
equation. The problem we have now is getting the consumer to buy an HD receiver,
not the FCC. It would do us well not to play the blame game. Nothing on the
HD system matters until there are consumers with HD receivers. I can't think
of a rule that the FCC could change that would cause a public fascination
with HD Radio, can you?
