WAMU has an active "enhanced underwriting" department for their main 
channel. The fact WAMU is #2 in 12+ PPM DC-area ratings helps them sell. 
Their HD2 is carried on a 250 W 130 Ft AGL ANALOG translator. The HD2 
carries their former and quite popular bluegrass format. I haven't 
listened, but I'd guess that they are as likely as any HD2 channel to be 
bringing in some underwriting dollars.
