[BC] ABR202

I have an ABR202 satellite receiver that's acting weird.  It is giving me a
single red light on the power LED.  I have verified it is indeed getting a
good signal.  Went so far as to move it do a dish we were not using, changed
the LNB, did a master reset and reprogrammed, verified 18vdc for LNB power
at the rear connector.  AGC reading is about 100, which is normal.

Has anyone else seen a receiver act like this before?  If so, what was the
problem?
