Oh I have a NIMBY problem of my own to deal with. I too am looking at 
the Valcom Whip for a station with that problem. So far, I am impressed 
with what I have read and I have listened to one on the air via Night 
DX. CJEU - Radio Enfant 1670 AM Gatineau, QC has one on the air with a 
Nautel J1000 transmitter. It sounds pretty good here in SC.

What is their problem? You don't have to light that tower, and it should 
be grandfathered in because it just replaced the existing stick.

Anybody else got an opinion on the Valcom Whip?
