I saw your post about the Westinghouse 5 KW SS transmitter. IIRC, the
prototype was installed at WWSW 970, Pittsburgh while Glen Clark was there as
CE. They wanted to try it on a complex DA, and Double Double is 4 towers day,
8 towers night.

I had what I think was a pretty rare FM transmitter-a Continental 5 kW solid
state. It was a large box, but actually quite empty inside. It ran like a top.
This was in the late 1990s.
