By that same reasoning, WOR and WABC, in the New York metro, should
be forced to move back to their original community of license,
Newark, New Jersey.
And, WGY, which was effectively stolen from KGO, should be forced to
directionalize, protecting KGO, and KGO should be forced to operated
ND-U into a fully conforming radiator, at least 600 feet, by my measure.
Additionally, WCKY should be forced to move back to its original
community of license, Covington, Kentucky.
Finally, elected degrades from Class A to Class B should be
rescinded, and the original Class As should be restored to full Class
A power, and community of license. I could see 1190 going to
Indianapolis rather than Fort Wayne, as a sole exception to this rule.

Translating this to the AM band, marginally-engineered AMs on U.S
Class A clear channels should be forced to upgrade their facilities
to at least 10 kW during all hours, irrespective of the capital cost
to the licensee, and if such upgrade is not physically or
economically possible, then these stations should be forced to go
Class D, or to go silent. No exceptions!
