Ahhhhhh.  Finally somebody that can answer a question that Doris or Mary
Jane or anyone else I've chatted with cannot...

Is there or is there not any coax involved in the installation?  Do they
actually run new cat 5 cable to all the TV sets?

If cat 5 that must be one hell of an installation on a prewired, newer home
where the owner doesn't want any exposed wiring anywhere... :-/
