I had to edit extensively in order to get past the filters.

I agree it isn't a speed issue.

It is, or at least can be a performance issue.

It doesn't matter.

People  either need professional performance standards or they need  
consumer.

A T1 has some real TOS standards.

A MUCH FASTER cable modem doesn't have those same TOS standards.

YOU get it, but many other people don't.
