[BC] Play list to RDS Encoder

Hi All
I need some help / information.
I have a New RDS Encoder 730 Inovonics and a " playlist " computer feeding our Web site

http://www.wnur.org

the playlist is not automated.and entered by DJ hand most of the time during its play time.
I know i need to send to the RDS from the Playlist computer by IP.
But what kind of data stream /file would work best
