I have two magicjacks and agree they are a great value. I bought my first one
almost 3 years ago-and still use it every day.

  BUT, then we run three "magicjacks" and have had excellent service from
them.
 There are a few caveats when installing them,look at the unofficial magicjack
forums.
 Learn about 'em and then install 'em.
