[BC] recommended fluxes for silver soldering ground system/radials?

Why go the Dremmal route when any drill will do with a good coarse grit
stainless wire wheel. Reverse the wheel's direction after a while and it
digs in real deep. If you are in doubt abut any debris, some 99% alcohol
will clean things up nicely after the wheel.
I really don't want a polished surface for soldering. I want something
which has some grit for adheson.
