[BC] recommended fluxes for silver soldering ground system/radials?

I echo Dave's comments in their entirety.  Avoid anything which doesn't
require Oxy/acet brazing heat and at lest 6% silver content on strap to
strap and strap to concentric.

Sure, the 6% and 15% silver solders are incredibly costly at this point.
But in the long run, it's well worth the cost given I've seen lesser
joints open even when done corectly.

I would be less concerned about "looks" than functionality. If you have
ANY qualms about doing the work yourself, hire am experienced contractor
to show you while he does the work. That's how I learned the basics....
