[BC] Cable TV interference

When Bob Greenberg was alive and at the FCC, I got excellent response on CATV complaints.  Anytime someone complained about WPGC FM or AM interfering, my first question was, 'are you on cable".  If the answer was Yes, my next was 'your address and thank you".  Next call was FCC.  Three times Multivision got shut down in the area near the TX  (sites a mile apart, inside the Beltway) because if the radio station is 'ingress' than those "T" channels are likely 'egress' and potential interference to air navigation.  Each time, damaged wiring was found on a pole.  Worked every time.  I never spent a dime or time troubleshooting complaints from CATV users.
