These were made by Centralab and typically were in their 1400 series 
of switches.  There's currently one on eBay "Buy it now" for 
$3.00.  It looks new.  Take a look at:

In the not to distant past I've seen them by the bag-fulls on eBay 
for almost nothing.  They're neat switches.  I've always liked the 
looks and feel of them.  I use them in projects every once in a while.
