Those knobs are still used on guitars (Gibson, I think)  Do a Google search for "Electric Guitar Parts," and I think you'll find what you need.  Your local music store may even have some.

Incidentally, Fender still used a version of the bat handle Switchcraft "Lever-Switch" which screws on, rather than pushes on.  The most recent versions are metric (Chinese probably).  Since they are fairly soft plastic, you can get the replacements to work on older consoles with a little persuasion.
