[BC] Phone Ringing Causes DSL Disconnection

Two things you might persue. First, escalate the problem to as high as  
an authority in the ISP as you can determine.

Second, it may be the DSL filter having gone bad. Tell 'em to bring  
another one out.

And, you might want to check your ring voltage. I thing that it should  
be around 90VAC.
