I happen to agree.

What is with that picture?

What is it with those British surgeons who do that kind of "work?"  I  
don't believe anyone will do this in the USA.

What is wrong with the women who have it done?

Finally, and more to the point as Mike pointed out, what does that  
picture have to do with this fake processor?  It would have been MUCH  
better to stick with the humor, and leave off the picture.

I could send it to people who might think it funny if that image  
wasn't there.

Also, Seth Woodbury MacFarlane is one of the funniest men on earth.   
Even when interviewed he is amazing.  Family guy is hard for me to  
watch, as I generally only give about 25% attention to TV, so I miss a  
whole lot during Family Guy.  Also, I tend to listen, and not watch,  
so I miss a great deal there too.  It can be a bit crude, but not like  
that picture.
