[BC] Transmitter Readings every 30 Minutes

I don't think an Ampex 350 could handle 3 inch reels properly. One local 
station (WFAR) still had 5-6 stripped-down PT-6's in racks through the 
70's but had cart machines that got most of the use. The right reels to 
use for individual spots before carts were 5 inch reels with wide hubs.

I visited one station where the jocks would manually stop the cart after the spot was over and then insert a new cart and hit Start to cue it.  I guess they didn't really grasp the concept.
