[BC] Public File now must include Articles of Inc. and Bylaws

But if you read 73.3613, it says each commercial and non-commercial 
station must... I've looked at 3613, and I am very confused. Look at 
73.3613 b 1 and b2.

Here is the beginning part:

 >" Each licensee or permittee of a commercial or noncommercial AM, FM, 
TV or
International broadcast station shall file with the FCC copies of the 
following contracts,
instruments, and documents together with amendments, supplements,
and cancellations (with the substance of oral contracts reported in 
writing), within 30 days of execution thereof:"

      Interesting in that it states that you will file this info with 
the FCC. It doesn't state that it is to be in the PI F.

It doesn't look like it is tied to a CP, where once the license to cover 
is issued, you can throw the paperwork out of the PI F.
I sent a query to our state broadcast association. I will wait a few 
weeks to see what others might say on this, otherwise Harry Martin will 
get an email request for clarification.

     And this does need clarification..
