Here's an interesting website that shows 11 pages of 'RDS Compatible Cell
Phones'. Obviously if they are RDS compatible then they have FM tuners in
them...   There are definitely a lot of them.  Some are top of the line, but
there are lots that are your basic flip phone with nothing fancy!
