[BC] CLS program cancelled; FCC building emptied

This was received from someone in DC:

"There was a bomb threat that emptied the FCC building from 9:30 until 11:45 this morning.  Due to that event, Consolidated Licensing System (CLS) workshop has been cancelled.  I doubt that it will be rescheduled for several weeks. 

"For reasons unknown, FCC employees were given the option of taking administrative leave for the rest of the day.  I expect that many will, so inquiries sent by e-mail or telephone may be delayed."
