Maybe it's my sensitivity to the seemingly endless threads about how
useless talent is, in spite of the fact that that's where your
paycheck comes from.

We recently had one of the most mean-spirited threads titled Brain
Dead DJs. If there were an active list for programmers and talent I
suspect there might be an equally mean-spirited thread about brain
dead engineers. I won't even go near the comments about engineering
consultants.

To level the playing field it might be fun for engineers to tell
their stories about Brain Dead Engineers. I'm sure there are some who
aren't sitting at the right hand of God. Tell us about them. You
don't have to name names.

>Anal vent. That's a phrase and an object I'll use. I love it.
