Yes!!!  If you don't have one already, draft a Durable Power of Attorney so
that someone can handle your financial affairs if you become incapacitated.
Also, a Durable Power of Attorney -- Health Care (in California they call it
an Advance Directive now) to spell out your wishes for medical care and to
name someone to make decisions regarding your care.  Also, a will or Living
Trust in case you die.  Do that before you die if you can.
