I am a huge flag waver for personal responsibility. Without one KEY
piece of information, I would agree that those drinking the water are
responsible for themselves.

HOWEVER, a nurse called the shock-jocks and told them they were
risking the lives of those in the contest. They just dismissed her
warning. Her warning became the truth.

Without the nurse's warning, I would be on the fence, but with the
nurse's warning, those shock-jocks killed the woman. $16.5M frankly
isn't enough. The jocks' lives should be strapped financially, as
should Entercom. There just is no excuse for putting people's LIVES
in jeopardy for a silly, on-air contest.
