Anything HOT breaks down the gooyness and washes down. Hot chocolate
works quite well as does hot tea. Even warm milk helps.
The problem with this blanket dairy off-limits statement is when
antibiotics are used. The cultures in the yogurt are NECESSARY as the
antibiotics break down the natural ones in our system as s side effect. So
yogurt is really necessary in that regard to keep the digestive system
going and speed recovery.
