Whatever you wind up doing, document it.  Write down who you talk to, where
they are located, who they are with and what they say.  Document
announcements you make on the air.  Everything.  So that way, say 4 or 5
years from now, when the real owner files a lawsuit against you and either
wants it back or fair market value for it, you can show that you did
everything you could to find them.
