[BC] Clevis photo drifting to insulator installation

Unless they happen to be installed by a non-AM oriented tower crew.

I arrived on a site to find 40ft of a new tower laying on the ground
with a guy still strapped to the top (now end?) of it.  The newbie
ground crew installed 2 of the insulators correctly and 1 in tension.
While tightening the first and only set of guys the insulator parted and
down it came.  Top hand and all...  He survived but I heard that he has
had many surgeries and lingering problems.

OSHA spent many hours of quality time on that site over the next week.
