On the air with audio/video not synchronized????? They call this a "glitch!" Whomever put this on-the-air without testing needs to be terminated for cause. This is another example of the complete lack of professional conduct that is increasingly common in radio and television.

importantly,  FCC has asked for the owners to submit "executed versions of 
the asset exchange, shared services.........."
