Carl,
This station, owned by an Ivy League school is a negligance lawsuit
waiting to happen. For an institution of such esteemed higher education,
this is a text book example of abject neglect compounded by absolute civil
engineering incompetence. I'm amazed this tower is still standing.
The failure of the insulator in that mode is common.
