[BC] Just what YOU need!

About 20 years ago, I attended an AES meeting in Philadelphia where
one of the guest speakers was trying to promote
"premium-audiophile-grade" AC power cords.

The gist of his argument was as follows:

People who buy these products have high discretionary income; therefore,
They must be of high intelligence to be earning lots of money; therefore,
When they say they hear an improvement in audio quality, they aren't kidding!
(And if you disagree, it's because you aren't as smart.)
