Here's the story on mystery tower in Texas:
 
Very interesting.  I have never seen the tower but do know where it  is.  
It belongs to KCTX in Childress.  The station is owned by Jim  Bowles (former 
owner of stations in Clovis/Portales and the stations in Post,  TX).  He 
traded for the Childress set: gave up his Hotel Turkey in Turkey,  TX for the 
stations.
