[BC] {BC] Win7 and Vista

It's hard to imagine that that's true for Vista Professional, or whatever
they call it, without people screaming about it long before now. I could
understand it for Vista Home, where networks are not as common. But I agree,
more crap from MiscreantSoft, which makes me glad I've stuck with XP.
