[BC] WBZ low power

Actually thet have operated on the Non-d for several months at a stretch
before. The last time they were on it for a long, long time was when they
replaced the old Gates 5 kW rig with the DX10.

My sources tell me that they are painting the towers in Hull and ARE on the
aux site as we speak...and have been so for at least a week.

WBZ is operating at full power as it has for the last 60 years. They do not
operate for months at a time on the non directional auxiliary antenna.
