[BC] WBZ low power

The tower at their studio is very short-I don't even think it's 1/4 wave.

Interestingly enough, it doesn't show up in the FCC database as even
existing.

I don't think skywave would be a problem with a distance of 30 miles! Also,
WBZ is directional (to protect the ocean because there are no customers
there). This squeezes more power into the area North (where I am) and South
than would be normal for a tiny 50 kilo-watter! I should be able to light
bulbs in my basement from WBZ!
