I wouldn't consider doing that! Between different power feeds, and
lightning, I don't think it would be reliable.
However, take the Ethernet, turn it into fiber, run fiber to the other
end, then turn it back to Ethernet and you should be fine.
However, as Tom pointed out, getting permission to run the fiber, or
not running into trouble with whoever it is in your state that
regulates utilities may be an issue.
In GENERAL, it is illegal to run any "utility," that being a wire or
fiber, or a pipe, across or under a street is illegal unless you are a
utility.
An RF link may be much more practical. However, if you are going to
use 802.11(b, g, or n) you really should use solid dishes not yagis.
You really want to limit the chance of interference, so you really
want to keep signals out of the back of the antenna.
Then again, just get a point to point T-1 and you have your own pipe,
not shared with anyone.
