Hi all:

I don't know about you, but I've been waiting for this week for a long
time. Week twenty-four on the Taste of NAB Road Show is our last week
this year with two presentations in Washington state and then home for
me and my two assistants. So far this year, we've had 1724 in
attendance. You can see the final stats posted on our website when this
week is completed. You can also see the unedited comments we receive at:
www.tech-notes.tv/2009/2009_Comments.pdf
<http://www.tech-notes.tv/2009/2009_Comments.pdf>. (They are added to
this URL as they are received.)

The first of this next week's two presentations will be at 11:30 AM on
Monday, October 19th on the campus of the Tri-Tech Skills Center in
Kennewick, WA. This event will be hosted by SBE Chapter 51 and the
Food/Refreshments will be provided by Al Jason, District Sales Manager
for Harris' Radio RF and Studio Systems. For more information, please
visit: www.tech-notes.tv/2009/70-Tri-Cities.htm
<http://www.tech-notes.tv/2009/70-Tri-Cities.htm>.

The second presentation this week and the last one for this year will be
held at noon in the facilities of Advance Broadcast Solutions just south
of Seattle, in Seatac, WA. This event will be hosted by SBE Chapter 16
and the Food/Refreshments will be provided by Al Jason, District Sales
Manager for Harris' Radio RF and Studio Systems. For more information,
please visit: www.tech-notes.tv/2009/71-Seattle.htm

There is never any admission charge to attend the Taste of NAB Road Show
presentations and they are open to anyone interested in broadcasting,
post production and their related disciplines. Price and delivery is
never discussed during the presentation as The Taste of NAB Road Show is
NOT a sales blitz, but rather an educational experience. Over $1400 in
door prizes will be drawn for at the end of the day at each of these two
locations. Note: a final drawing will take place when all the Taste of
NAB Road show has been completed its trek. These are for some rather
valuable door prizes. You can see all the door prizes at:
www.tech-notes.tv/2009/2009-DoorPrizes.htm
<http://www.tech-notes.tv/2009/2009-DoorPrizes.htm>.

Information on the Taste of NAB 2010 Road Show will be posted just after
the first of the year on the Tech-Notes website. If you would like to
have us visit you in 2010 with some of the technology that will be
presented at NAB 2010, please respond to this e-mail.
