Cat5 cable is supposed to be good for 100 meters / 328 feet.

Looks good to me.
Problem might be getting permission to string the wire and mount the
router (which is merely functioning as a repeater transceiver; you're
using the WAN port to the DSL side and only ONE port of the LAN switch.)..
Might be easier to do the wireless trick with the 2.4GHz yagis, though.
Just an off-the-wall (or on-the-wall?) idea...
